Beans salad. STRAWBERRY Salmorejo
The Pythagoreans were vegetarians. Do not eat meat was forbidden, this diet is called the Pythagorean diet. Could only eat vegetables: Vegetables and legumes. Except ... beans.
For adherents of the school of the followers of Pythagoras, the beans were sacred and could not be eaten.
were "counted beans".
They believed that all things were essentially playing with numbers and beans to compose digital structures. Triangular numbers, squares, the sacred "tetrakis", the staff ...
The Romans, however, do not they respect neither dry and put a seed in some candy to make fun of it find it. Custom which persists in the current Kings Roscón: those who have the misfortune to bite, you have to pay the whole sweet: "The silly bean" that he says ....
in my organic garden sow a handful of beans every year because, like all old aspiring known agricultural expert, legumes have some nodules in their roots that fix nitrogen in the soil atmosphere, and that's good.
It also has the advantage that, not me Pythagorean, I can eat their fruits and seeds without any remorse. Pick
(and use) the beans in four stages: 1 .-
as they appear. When you 6 to 8 cm. and just appreciating the thickening of the seed. I make them "fish garden" of my grandmother.
2 .- When the seeds are seen through the pod. They have to be very tender, must be broken to a low torque. The use for extremeñísimo "mojo" of beans for rice or the "fry bean" from my mother.
3 .- The seeds and pods are curds and has become leathery and tough. Then the hair, pick up the seeds, most tender-with which to prepare the salad before us today.
Y.
4 .- The seeds are still green, have grown to full size. Also the hair and the seeds, sometimes peeled, do the dishes known: A Catalan, with ham, chorizo in hot dishes, or even to eat raw as an appetizer. Are common to ordinary mortals, since it is these, and not others, the beans reach the markets.
The rest will be dried and used to seed the following year, to the famous michirones Murcia (exceptionally) or feed livestock. Bruno, the pony, loves. We
these days with beans in its third stage of growth and time to eat the seeds tender, habitats, beans and other names baby soft with which they are designated. Tiny beans, as the nail of his little finger.
If you decide, have no qualms about buying frozen (actually, I freeze the surplus) or those that come in glass jars of excellent quality, and do not require pre-cooking. For the salad
tender habitats we need:
400 gr. of habitats and peeled (a jar or bag, if frozen).
1 tomato, peeled and seeded.
1 piece of green pepper.
1 piece of red pepper.
1 piece of cucumber, seeded and almost no skin.
A mint straw (provided). A few blocks
ham. (Be generous, but not lavish. Or, conversely, do not know).
A pinch of salt and oil chorretón mild flavor (0.4 º). None of vinegar here.
And we do well:
If habitats are preserved, colarlas and rinse with cold water.
If they are fresh or frozen, blanch for thirty seconds in boiling water with some salt. Drain and refresh in ice water immediately. Book.
Cut ham into cubes.
Peel tomatoes and remove the seeds and cut into brunoise and peppers and cucumber.
knife Chop mint.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients, seasoning with a pinch of salt and oil. Let stand for a while and add the beans.
Mix and serve.

Should I Pee Right After Ivf Transfer
Valparaiso causeway (suspend, stop and leave or just patching)
With this article I open a series that will gradually appear on sites in Valparaiso. Always be preceded by the title "Places. Although the main idea is to show and reveal what may be particular about a place, the articles in this series may not be exempt from any opinions or simply can lead to reflection resulting therefrom.
Locations: Valparaiso High Road (stop, stop, and leave or just patching)
was in the 70's when designing an elevated track that would solve the problem and the flow of vehicles between Valparaiso and Vina del Mar Av Spain. A great project which began to run at a time the government of Salvador Allende and then simply be left forgotten by the next government, for obvious reasons.
Personally, I remember that Chile was a little obsessed with the issue of elevated tracks, a sign of development and modernity, concepts as pursued by the country until today.
This project which almost no information on the Internet was singular. The idea was to connect from bridge Capuchins in Caleta Abarca a high speed road out over the sea, passing over Recreational spa, just above the pool (now in "archaeological sites"), would be to Portales, following the coastline on the railways and their turntable to connect with Baron knot.
Work began at different stages and in the field opposite the University Portales Santa Maria, where they raised an impressive stretch quite literally has seismic laughed at the last large earthquakes. Huge pillars to support the continuation of it was Baron, a huge concrete boxes civil work ...
... all this he was arrested, suspended and finally abandoned. In the 80's, the first arrangements were made to transform this "mega-structure" of Portales in a public promenade and some of its pillars viewpoints. A new drop of the whole place became the new ruin until recent studies that have used all the coastline in what is now known as walk Wheelwright.
Also in the 80's the whole project was replaced by the expansion we now know as a route between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. Av Spain it was extended to four runways and other large civil works took the idea of connecting Caleta Abarca (Capuchin bridge) with a coastal road that joins it to the height of Recreation. Much less pretentious and risky than the original.
The evidence of this first abortive original version could be observed in different places. In the structure of Nudo Baron had a clear space for the connection to the pathway that would from Viña del Mar. Over time they have "makeup" this evidence making it almost invisible and no one even remembers the famous causeway project and no one wonders why this "mega" Caleta Portales lookout walk.
See full graphic sequence Here ...>>
I find it interesting the whole process of "stop, stop, leave "so typical of our culture and especially in our city. Use this to draw a bit of our character, the way you usually act when an administration inherited from the previous works. For considered emblematic, it is not continue or abandon it or let it die. There are many examples. The ship Santiaguillo rotting and disbelief at the sight of visitors as beggars appear on the cover as grotesque piratical.
A Plaza Sotomayor in turn enabled as open space without parked cars and beautiful luminaire ground level at night gave him a beautiful lighting very European and define the pedestrian areas and car flow. Today the lights have disappeared completely, no one ever noticed nor changed; Place looks dark the night and its boundaries have been demarcated pedestrian with "heritage" yellow lines have also faded.
A museum in situ in the same area where you could see part of the buried archaeological remains in Valparaiso, the bow of the first Emerald captured the pirate Thomas Cochrane himself shipwrecked in place for a storm and that shows the original waterfront and the location of early spring. It was never known to use either site and ended by having an erratic sell crafts inside. The ground glass could see the place your feet as you walked (And that turned the interior into an oven unbearable) was scratched and eventually break down and nobody repaired it. The place is closed and suspended ...
An Open Air Museum that remains largely abandoned to its fate, the plates of his paintings have disappeared, they look damaged boxes and signage on how to find them look blurry, neglected and ugly.
I stop to think about this culture of "patch." A heritage city needs to circle the nut so ingrained concept and eradicate it completely. Continue the work and keep those already made by others regardless of whether they were emblematic for a previous administration. The culture of the patch is horrible and ending noted. Only beautifies ugly and a city like Valparaiso requires prioritizing the concept of urban work, prioritizing it even on other subjects, since it is a city that is selling a certain kind of beauty and culture.
suspend, stop and leave, should be the response to the practice of ...
... stop, stop, and leave or just patching.

I have been pending for over a year of publication of the strawberry gazpacho that I liked both the top party ExtreGusta 2010.
The truth is that prepared it, but I dared not publish it because the color in the photo did not have the pink hue own strawberries. I repeated this year and frustration Oh!, Has gone as orange as last year. I thought cheating, repeat the picture by adding a dye-natural or artificial, for it to have an appearance not know, how true?. Then it would be wrong and one of the things I value most of this activity blogueril is authenticity, which we publish, has gone right or wrong, has gone well and they have. Or no?.
pledge my word and say the colorcito he had "live" was more "rosy" than that seen in the photos. Posts
A quart of tomato juice from the best quality (the most expensive, come on) preferably glass jar.
Two green peppers.
a seedless cucumber and almost no skin. (Not to repeat).
1 / 4 kilo net of ripe strawberries.
A clove of garlic.
125 gr. about olive oil.
vinegar and salt.
cheese goat cheese.
sliced black olives. (I have to say that manzanillas Caceres).
Chop the bread and soaked with tomato juice. Should be completely soaked.
We put in a blender, in my case the Thermomix.
add the cucumber, peppers, strawberries and garlic
We add vinegar and salt to taste, keep in mind that vinegar and strawberries are very good friends.
Whisk until a creamy paste has formed and now we are throwing the oil until we get the texture that we like. I, personally, I like rather oily.
If you have been too thick, add more tomato juice if the contraro, has been very fluid, a crumb of bread.
test and correct for salt and vinegar.
We had everything in a bowl and let rest in refrigerator for minimum of two hours.
Serve with semi-hard goat cheese and sliced black olives. Public PD

New Phrases For Congratulation In Christmas
NIGHT. SQUID IN SALSA
But it was not battle, but betrayal, which allowed to take the walled Qazrix Hinz.
The beautiful daughter of Caid came to fall in love with a young Christian captain, and sent it in the hands of her maid, the keys that opened one of the secret passageways of the city, that of Mansaborá. After obtaining the keys, the master used them for Christians to invade the city under cover of darkness while the sentries guarding Muslims, from the battlements, Christian bonfire.
Caid When he discovered the treachery of his daughter cursed and, together with his accomplices maidens locked in the dark tunnel that had entered the enemy.
And there is. Mansaborá night except that, turned into chicken with golden feathers and golden chicks her maids, go through the old streets to mourn his betrayal.
I would not have ever heard, but people of great prestige and dignity of all credit, say that on nights like this, have heard the cackle of the hen and the tweet-tweet of the chicks. And stay until the Sons of the Prophet regain the city.
San Jorge is also the patron of England, Aragon and Catalonia, patron saint of Cáceres, my hometown.
Tonight in every neighborhood, bonfires were lit to burn the old junk. When the flames are extinguished, the boys jump over the coals because tradition demands it.
This custom is in memory of the capture of the city by the troops of King Alfonso IX of León, San Jorge night of the year 1229, in which the assailants lit their bonfires around Square awaiting the assault. But it was not battle, but betrayal, which allowed to take the walled Qazrix Hinz.

Armorican. SW
few days ago I read one of my nieces who go not up fish recipes, which seem to not eat ever.
It is not true. This house is consumed fish in the same proportions as in any other. What happens is that we only have fresh water fish (one day speak of the tench), and although at the fish so much variety, rare is that they leave the topic. What more we consume, I confess, is frozen fish.
When are the British, fish or seafood every day. There, you know, eat little, and come here to get rid of forced abstinence.
If the stupid, does not fit in my kitchen-lab-MI in deprive me change squid. Casseroles anyway, I love them.
And they will be in Armorican salsa, so-called American. My friend Kitchen Pilar says she gives a lost battle and I encourage you claimed me the real name of the sauce. Armorican Salsa, from Armorica, the former Northern region which covers the whole French Brittany and Normandy. If you look you will find several recipes, also known as "Seafood Bisque."
In fact, you must take prawns. In this stew dispensed with because the oil having sealed the squid provides enough flavor. But who likes ...

1 kg. squid. 1 slice of bread

A little milk to moisten bread.
A beaten egg.
A touch of nutmeg.
1 / 2 cup oil
For the sauce: 1 medium onion

1 leek.
1 clove of garlic.
1 / 2 kg of tomatoes.
1 tablespoon tomato paste. 1 cup
Cona.
1 chili.
fish broth.
are cleaned squid, tentacles and depart the wings and turns over the sheath (like a tontuna, but are sealed better than the stick).
Soak the bread with milk. In a bowl put the bread crumbs drained. Beat the egg and mix. Add the wings and tentacles chopped (or whole if small) and a little nutmeg. Chiprones fill this farce.
In a high-walled pot, add a splash of oil and when hot, take a walk around the squid to seal the opening and brown very slightly. Book.
In the same oil add the onion and leek, cut thin. Salar. When they are transparent, add the cup ConA and flambé, add the tomato, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes and cook twenty minutes to place the squid and add the fish stock to the level, uncovered. Cover and cook until they are at the point (15 min. Approx.). Correct for salt.
If the squid are dropped much juice is likely that the sauce is a little liquid. In that case, remove the chiprones and thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch or half cup of cream.

Birthday Surprise Football
STYLE BEEF FOYOT.
I found myself suffering from the damp British back in mid-February, when one morning to open my mail I find an email from Victor . Subject: A challenge!
The content is a recipe I found in a book: "The cemetery of Prague of Umberto Eco and the whole play, word for word. Your name Côtes de veau Foyot ", which translated means Foyot beef ribs (pronounced Fuaió).
man Victor is particularly sensitive as far as food is concerned and, if he has drawn attention, is it worth it.
Pick up the glove, does not seem a difficult dish.
Upon my return, look to carry the prescription date. "Prepare to say foretaste" he says, and wants to be present at all stages of the stew, including the purchase.
I searched the recipe and I found that is contained in many recipes and cookbooks with slight variations and different pieces of meat.
need: Beef
SW 6 or 7 cm. thick. (2 fillets: 1kg 350gr.) 4 medium onions
.
100 gr. breadcrumbs.
150 gr. cheese.
50 gr. butter.
A stream of oil.
white wine.
beef broth.
Cut the onion and saute until it is transparent and place it into a source of high walls and oven safe. Season the fillets and place the onion on trying not to touch the walls of the source. Combine bread crumbs with cheese, add butter and pour over crushed it with his hands to make it compact.
Drizzle with wine and stock to arrive up to half the thickness of the meat. Place in preheated oven at 200 º C for an hour or little less, add wine and broth every you need it.
I gave a final touch of grill to sear the surface. Eating

'the Server Responded: 554'
MUJJEDRA.
The Bible says that Jacob was the first chef and lentils the first dish. Well, do not say that, but it is clear from the context. What we do know is that in barter on the one hand were the birthright of Esau and the lentil soup on the other. Maybe because I was first born, have some prevention with this dish. Increased, of course, by a "military" in which lentils were eaten daily to generate forces near when we had to push the tank.
What The Bible does not give us the recipe. Too bad, because you have to go to the exegetes to clarify to us and they are not the work.
But as one is a man of resources, I appeal to the aid of "The Sephardic Kitchen," which gave me The one chalk and I have already removed some other recipe and that DM will continue extracting. On the other hand I like Mary Paz has been the one that has asked me to make the stew and the right of primogeniture is still mine.
I understand to be a very old dish, I suppose you've been evolving (potatoes do not appear in the European diet until well into the eighteenth century) and is characterized by the abundance of spices, which can be omitted or replaced by other more common.
Moreover, the slow cooker has served me very helpful. One of the characteristics of Sephardic cooking is the food processing at low temperatures which gives them a texture different. Potatoes cooked for six hours acquire a silky smooth texture, without breaking.
This dish has the curious name of "Mujjedra" and it is just a stew of lentils and rice, spiced and prepared at low temperature. In the book "The Sephardic Kitchen," is subtitled: "Rice pilaf with lentils."
Ingredients: 240 g.
lentil.
2 medium potatoes. 1 carrot
biggie.
2 cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 bay leaf, a piece of fresh ginger, two pods of cardamom, a pint of lemon grass, a few small chilli spices like to.
1 l. water. Sal
1 olive oil spray.
For the rice pilaf:
4 heaping tablespoons of basmati rice well. 24 tablespoons
infusion of spices.
A generous piece of turmeric root, a piece of galangal, a sheet of kefir, a teaspoon of cumin seed.
olive oil.
(In both cases, use the spices you have in house or to get used to use in your kitchen).
Prepared
I did in the slow cooker for six hours. In the picture you can see how the ingredients remain intact, without disintegrating. In a normal pot, takes 45 minutes to be ready.
in the slow cooker, no no evaporation, so that the quantities of liquids are much smaller and are the ones I had in mind.
In a pan, add the lentils, potatoes, halved and sliced carrots. Pour a good glug of olive oil, add all epecias and cover with water. Before the end of cooking, remove the garlic and other spices.
For the rice pilaf:
In a saucepan, boil enough water with salt and other spices. Boil for 15 minutes, leave to infuse 5 minutes. further away from the fire. Strain and reserve.
Put the rice in a colander and wash under running cold water.
In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, sauté add rice and spice infusion (24 tablespoons). Simmer 12 to 15 min.
On each plate, place the rice pilaf shaping a mold. Place the dish around.
accompanied with a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, sliced and dressed with a yogurt sauce.
is a vegetarian dish, fat-free, perfectly healthy ....
see who it is defective.

These days we Cáceres an exhibition with 41 works by Andy Warhol . I will not get to appreciate his work, I am not an art critic, but the fact is that he knew perfectly portray the American way of life.
is serving attractive for tourism. When we went to see the exhibition, some tourists came Navarre "Dépam-Plon" who had come here to see the exhibition "To eat, of course, in Atrium."
exposure is located in the palace of the Becerra, a huge mansion S. XV.
The 41 works come from his studio "The Factory", and some are signed by Piero HIPS.
It describes the famous "electric chair" in which Warhol used to sit to watch horror movies (and in which Polansky roasted filet to check its operation), pictures Marilyn Monroe and Mick Jagger and, of course, one of the most famous pictures of your collection: Campbell's Soups.
I got inspired and decided to prepare a dish Based on the famous soup.
I went through and bought a can of lobster bisque (claims to be a lobster composition is present in 7%), a can of cockles of the mark, a carton of fish and shellfish broth (also with the seal of the house) and a bag of shrimp (of course, frozen, must not make any concessions). Rice already had it at home.
in a pot or pan put some olive oil and in him a cup of rice per person, sauté 'until it sounds like sand, "said my mother. Then I poured the broth over rice seafood when it began to boil, I opened the can of lobster bisque Campbell'sy mark with Careful not to splash, pour the contents into the pot. I opened the can of clams and added the stock. I pulled to dissolve while the lobster bisque and simmer for 15 minutes. At that time I took the cockles and shrimp without thawing. Two minutes and ... clever.
Word of honor: He was good. Very good.

WITH BEANS AND PISPIÉS
It had been long time since I pulled the recipe from the grandmother and this time is a luxury dish. Many times have you heard from my grandmother: "Jewish with cotubillos and pispiés" when someone is exceeded his request for luxury food!.
In our last (for now) visit to Portugal on account of purchases, Castelo de Vide had the butcher a pig filetón! (Accompanying photo) and a shank which included cotubillo (wrist) and mannitol. All at irresistible prices.
The filetón cook it the next day and the cotubillos, the handyman (pispiés) and shank frozen pending the best chance.
threw, and say, the recipe of the grandmother with the good purpose of giving good destination to cotubillos and pispiés and step left to my grandmother in the right place.
I searched all the dictionaries - Güiquipeya included, and do not appear or pispié cotubillo. If "pizpierno" as a synonym for pork shoulder or shank, or shank.
prepared the day that coincided with the visit of my assistant, that as a woman of the people, knows a lot about this and they like to put (estooooo smells good!) Nose in my cooking and whose praises make me gain weight two kilos:
- Yes, sir: They're called beans with cotubillos and pispiés. We, of all life.
- That's what I wanted to know.
- I ... I put more stuffing.
- What?
- Cachin chorizo, Cachin sausage, Cachin .... Bacon
- Ya. And two ears and tail.
- Oops! No sir. That Jewish Ear Pa. Tó else makes them like you.
("O almost", I heard him say under his breath). Well
'm on the right path.
I feel the need to iterate that no pieces of fat and those who will not panic, forget it.
Another thing is the collusion between the Jews and the god Aeolus, but at the pharmacy sell remedies for almost everything. Item
more. Beans are beans from El Barco (Avila) and that brings me Becedas. OLE.
Warnings:
- The preparation of this dish takes time. It takes the whole morning.
- Set in the soaking water in quantity, that judiuones will triple its size and will not "suck" all the water you throw.
- The boil beans in cold water and have to "scare", I do it by throwing an ice cube to stop a boil.
Let the recipe: Ingredients
:
1 / 2 K. of beans.
4 pispiés (hands) of pork. 4 cotubillos
.
water, bay leaf and salt.
For the sauce:
1 / 2 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 / 2 red pepper.
1 ñora or chorizo peppers (meat).
1 tomato.
oil, salt.
Preparation: Clean
cotubillos mannitol and with great care (in this house, the Inspectorate is strict compliance with this rule), the torch burning with any hint of the presence of hairs. Is that clear?.
In a saucepan, add water, bay leaf, a handful of salt and the hands and cotubillos. Putting the heat and simmer hour (in the ultra-fast, 20 minutes), skimming frequently. Remove the pieces, strain the broth and reserve a portion keeping it warm.
Now let's bone and pispiés cotubillos. For this, drive the children kitchen and take stock of the garlic and cards, and all the litany of expletives and naughty known because we will burn your fingers (".. And who says otherwise is lying ..." as the great Cervantes). So that, to bone.
Already?
Do we?
Boil the beans as we have said, in cold water with some salt and cutting a boil with an ice cube. Sufficient to be hot.
In a separate pan, pour a little oil, onion and garlic cortadita, when transarente, add the pepper. Laissez-faire, add the tomato and pepper beef chorizo (which will have had to soak in cold water). In the hot broth
have cooked the hands, toss the beans, add the hands and the sauce. Theoretically
forty-five minutes should be done. My experience tells me that hour and a quarter.
At the discretion of each individual. It's all about trying to go.

At the top still take several days to flower, so we consider only go so Navaconcejo or Cabezuela. Within days, as decided, and we climbed up Tornavacas (or until the boat and so bought some beans from the very best). We arrived

If we had a view from space, we could see our planet as a blue sphere. Therefore called "Blue Planet", by the amount of water it contains.
However, most of this fluid element is not potable, so we must make responsible consumption as fresh water for consumption is only 4%.
is work tod @ s teach smaller and not so small, to consume water responsibly and do our bit to achieve savings.
A hug.

We'll see. Who does not have an "Friend of the soul of life"? . A friend who announces his view with two days notice, which is "passing" and "how well we eat together." Orencio
My friend is one of those. Announces his visit in advance. We met doing "national service" and have not lost touch cuarentaytantos in the following years.
Not that occur very often, almost three years since I appeared here and I have to say is always welcome. Always comes with time assessed, just to eat, drink coffee, rest a moment and get the hell out.
not ask for anything, only "suggests" that this "seafood cocktail that leaves you so well" and beef steak "so good your land. "is also true that never forgets to bring a" little wine, Gran Reserva, from time spent by some wineries, one of Ribeiro and Albariño and some candy for the nuns of a convent that only he knows and I can not prove.
me I wish I could prepare the salad with fresh seafood, here has to be frozen, sorry. Instead, vegetables are the gardener or I can buy to collect them from my own garden and that is priceless.
bought:
A couple of feet of octopus and cooked.
A bag of Galician mussels cooked vacuum packed. I chose the most beautiful. A handful
prawn and a shrimp that cooked them myself.
few knives.
prepared it with the vinaigrette:
A tomato.
A piece of red pepper.
A piece of green pepper.
A piece of onion.
Two tablespoons of sherry vinegar, eight aceitre tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Cut the octopus

Remove the mussels from their shells by choosing the most attractive.
Cook the shrimp and prawns in plenty of salted boiling water for one minute, cooled rapidly in ice water, peel. Skip
blades in a pan with a little oil until they open, remove the shells. Peel
and seed tomatoes. Cut into cubes (concasée). Cut with the same criteria peppers and onion.
In a bowl, add the vinegar, salt and oil. Stir, add the vegetables.
In a bowl, or on individual plates, place the seafood in a more or less artistic. Vegetables in the center and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
If only to see the face of Orencio satisfaction, it is worth making the recipe.

Blogger says this is the entry number two hundred.
Velitas not going to get. I'm not going to uncork a bottle of champagne (or maybe, yeah).
What I did was take a look at the statistics:
- Nearly fifty thousand visitors.
- 75% of them from the Cruella Blog:
ttp: / / crueladeval.blogspot.com .
Cruella, pretty, pretty, remind me to keep sending you cards. You if you deserve a bottle of champagne.
- The majority of visits come from Spain. Also about U.S., Chile, Argentina, Germany, United Kingdom (Valentin and Bea: Thank you), and .... China.
- The most visited entry is baked tilapia (You see) followed by the punch of surimi and stone soup.
- The prime time is the month of December 2010. Since then downhill. Something we are doing wrong, comrades. Too much fat in the recipes?.
Pitches -value accounts blog: $ 95. Not much.
Thanks to any and all who follow me.

WHERE EUROPE BEGINS. ROAST PORK BACON
back to being Pilar that inspires me from your blog, s Beads , an entry. Pilar said: "We tend to look towards Europe forgetting Portugal, but they may again be that we are showing that there is a peaceful way of doing things together in the street, without violence but steadily ."
repeat that I am a true lover of Portugal and my visits to that country are frequent.
This year we spent five days in Consolação (four star hotel, breakfast included, five days: 190 €) and have traveled throughout the Portuguese coast between Foz D'Arelho and Cascais, visiting all or nearly all beaches and cliffs of the coast and the most significant (Lourinhã, Sintra, São Martinho ...).
One of the sites we visited was a place that no traveler should miss. Is only 40 kilometers from downtown Lisbon and Sintra-very close to World Heritage City, with all its merits, is the Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe and the inscription reminds that there is next a phrase of the great Camões: "HERE ... JUST ONDE A TERRA EO MAR SE COMECA."
is the true Finistère. Its geographical coordinates are 38 ° 47 'north latitude and 9 º 30' West.
The ocean is deep blue, in those days of the year-early February, and although the temperature is pleasant, the sea is very busy. Not for nothing around here are the best beaches for surfing. Atlantic
backs to read the text of Camões and told Mary Paz: I am sorry to contradict the poet, not just land here, this is where Europe begins.

Can I Get Braces If I Have A Missing Molar
This time, yes. The recipe is overwhelming. Of the two-hour nap to aid in digestion.
It is dedicated to Pilar , Who loves stringing beads s everyday to make us a beautiful necklace and now will afford a culinary relief. Just for once.
Slow cooking makes you lose a lot of fat, yet not exactly a healthy dish. But fat has, for example, sausages, hamburgers and many fried foods. Or the pig .... We will not abuse
dishes well, but once, neither are we going to do much damage. Or so I think.
Moreover, the pig likes to walk.
The only difficulty with this dish is the time to elaborate, and has to be, do faster she ruin. Easier
, I say, can not be.
need nothing more than:
A pork belly in one piece, with bone (or boneless, if you fancy). 300 to 350 gr. per person.
Onions peeled, whole, enough so that the meat does not touch the bottom of the roasting pan. If large, can be cut in half crosswise, where they exceed the three fingers (about 5 cm.) Tall. And do not eat (O yes, if someone like).
white wine to cover bottom of roasting pan. (Or water if preferred). Salt
The photo piece weighed 3650 gr. and we had 7 people, this cold-skinless YES is good-for two people eating other day. On average, a piece so for ten guests.
You ask the butcher to cut you piece to fit your roasting pan or baking dish. and to make a diamond-shaped cuts in the bark, with sufficient depth of cortex thickness.
Peel the onions and place in bottom of pan. Squirt of wine (in my case was almost half bottle) generous enough to cover the bottom. Salar
rubbing the meat well on all sides.
hornoa Preheat to 160 degrees, enter (This is a Extremadura which I have not gotten rid), sorry: to put the meat in the oven and let it be done slowly for at least two hours. My roast was three hours long.
The skin has to be VERY CRISPY.
Do not even think to put the grill or your kitchen look like a machine gun.
fat have melted it all. The meat will become very tender and crispy crust.
are carved at the table. Is accompanied by roasted potatoes and applesauce, or as in this case, with a green salad.
